The Plank Tree – A Floral Sculpture Without Flowers How does a work without petals or leaves become the most powerful echo of the keyword “floral”? In the world of contemporary sculpture, the word "floral" dominates searches. It evokes beauty, nature, and gentleness. And yet, Arson's "Planked Tree," in its 60 cm version, has neither leaves, nor flowers, nor fruit. It's a square tree, with branches already transformed into planks. A provocation? Yes.

This is the cry. The last breath. The text that doesn't explain: it affirms. It's not an article, it's raw material. A block of words to place on the floor, to hang on the wall, to shout in an empty street. This is my manifesto, me, Arson. It resembles me: it doesn't need permission.

I reject mainstream trends, famous logos and quotes seen a hundred times. My sculptures are original, disruptive and provocative , sometimes impertinent, always assumed. They celebrate the feminine forms , especially the buttocks , not to flatter the eye, but to give meaning :

The luxury of art lies in the time and attention we are willing to give it, in the ability to dream, to reflect, to let ourselves be carried away. If we do not have this openness to the imagination or to thought, then, without doubt, art is not for us.
